If you’re looking for a great festival choice for your summer vacation, and especially if you’re located anywhere near Saskatchewan, look no further than the Gateway Festival, being held in Bengough, SK, July 21-23.
This year’s lineup is fantastic and features a number of Team GDW’s favorite artists: The Sadies, 54-40, Tom Cochrane, Lindi Ortega, Northcote, Ava Wild, Jess Moskaluke, Basia Bulat, and many more. (Only the fact that Bengough is a solid 24-hour drive from GDW World HQ is preventing us from being there!)
Over the past decade thousands of music fans from across the prairies and beyond have flocked to Bengough for the annual Gateway Festival. During the last weekend of every July the town’s population grows by over 10x.
With three stages of concerts and workshops, a children’s area with performers and activities, a “concerts and culture crawl,” and many other events all delivered with small town charm the Gateway Festival truly has something for everyone.
